What data we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, an optional answer about how you plan to use the agent, the site language you chose, the date of sign-up and a record of your consent.
Why and on what legal basis
The data is used for one purpose: to tell you about the Crumbit One launch and the Kickstarter campaign. The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep data
Until you withdraw consent or until communication about the launch and campaign ends, and no longer than needed for that purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To remove your address from the list, write to hello@crumbitlabs.com.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data. Only service providers needed to run the site and send messages may process it, under processing agreements.
